Entering the Year of Dragon, we are delighted to share the latest updates on the construction progress of phase 2 of both KCN Ho Nai – Dong Nai and KCN Phu An Thanh – Long An, which allows us to further enhance business facilitation for our valued partners in the dynamic Southern region.
KCN Ho Nai Phase 2 and KCN Phu An Thanh Phase 2 provide an extra 50,000 sqm and 45,000 sqm of premium ready-built facilities accordingly. Both construction projects, spearheaded by esteemed contractors and partners, are on a good track and are expected to conclude by Q2 and Q3 2024. Specifically, our confidence in Ho Nai project is bolstered by our partnerships with Unicons as main contractor and Zamil Steel as steel structure sub-contractor.
Upon completion, KCN Ho Nai Phase 2 will provide an extra 50,000 sqm of premium ready-built factories and hybrids.
