KCN Vietnam appoints An Phu Gia as General Contractor for KCN Nhon Trach 5, Dong Nai province.

KCN Vietnam has appointed An Phu Gia as General Contractor for KCN Nhon Trach 5 on 3rd January 2022 after the tendering process opened last month.

KCN Nhon Trach 5 is an existing factory that KCN Vietnam successfully acquired in late December 2021. Situated on approximately 7ha of land, KCN Nhon Trach 5 will deliver 42,000 sqm of exceptional sustainable ready-built factories to the market in March 2022. At this site, KCN Vietnam will invest in premium construction materials and install solar panels as part of its commitment to sustainable and green development for Vietnam’s industrial growth.
