Maurice Nguyen
Chairman
Maurice Nguyen is a successful entrepreneur with a remarkable record in Vietnam. He has an accomplished list of previous investments in banking, legal consulting, real estate, and education. Currently, Maurice is serving as the Chairman of KCN Vietnam.
After working over a decade in banking in Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Maurice moved to Vietnam in 1990. In Vietnam, he founded Vilaf, the first private consulting and legal company in Ho Chi Minh City. In the mid-1990s, he co-founded a preschool that eventually became the British International School, the most successful and reputable international school in Vietnam.
In 2001, Maurice began investing in Vietnam’s real estate market by establishing the first serviced apartment building. Currently, he oversees Thien Huong Group’s direct investments in various economic sectors such as hospitality, shipping, education, financial investments in banking, and industrial real estate.

Rosie Ngo has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur. Her strengths lie in her ability to source and negotiate investment opportunities, mostly in the real estate and banking sectors. Currently, she serves as CEO of KCN Vietnam, where she oversees the acquisition and development of KCN Vietnam’s extensive industrial land bank throughout Vietnam.
Rosie started several businesses in Canada and Singapore in the late eighties in travel and construction industries, before returning to Vietnam. From the early 2000s onwards, Rosie has sourced and negotiated several large-scale real estate deals in both North and South of Vietnam. She is also the co-founder of the British International School and the Chairwoman of the shipping company Au Lac.

Dao Nguyen is a distinguished lawyer in Ho Chi Minh City. With over 25 years of law experience, Dao has practiced law in Vietnam, Japan, and the United States. Her legal expertise spans corporate and M&A, banking and finance, real estate, energy, and infrastructure. She has acted for developers and the government of Vietnam on several landmark projects, including the first licensed Build-Operate-Transfer project in Vietnam.
Currently, Dao is the managing partner at DN Legal, a law firm founded in 2014. DN Legal was created for Dao to give individualized attention to a key number of clients. Prior to DN Legal, Dao helped establish and build two international law firms in Vietnam, Mayer Brown JSM and Allen & Overy Legal LLC, where she was also managing partner.
Outside of her professional achievements, Dao “lives and work in the color pink". She is enthusiastic about learning and constantly strives to understand the world better. She is a certified yoga instructor, an avid reader, and a golfer.

Marco has over 24 years of experience in the Asia region, working in general management roles as well as various senior commercial roles. Currently, Marco is the CEO of JAS in China, a global freight forwarding and logistics company, and leads all facets of China’s operations, consisting of 18 branch offices, 40,000 sqm of logistics footprint, and over 800 employees.
Marco’s previous role was Area Managing Director for Maersk Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Prior to that, Marco was leading the Fashion sector development in Asia for Panalpina and has been responsible for the country commercial organization of Panalpina Japan. In addition to Japan, Marco lived and worked in Italy, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Australia.
Marco is Italian and speaks several languages, including Japanese and elementary Chinese. He received an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney and a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Cranfield School of Management in UK. Pursuing his passion for talent’s development, Marco develops proficient skills in coaching after receiving a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from IECL by GrowthOps in Singapore.

Quoc B. Trinh has over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate investments in Vietnam. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Thien Huong Group, overseeing the family office's domestic and international assets. Additionally, Quoc sits on the board of several portfolio companies, including KCN Vietnam.
Quoc was previously the CEO of Son Kim Land, where he led two investment rounds from foreign investors, raising almost US$100 mil in structured deals. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of Gateway Thao Dien and The Nassim Thao Dien. Before Son Kim Land, Quoc was the Director cum Vietnam Chief Representative of New York-based Avenue Capital Group.
Quoc received an MBA from Walter A. Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and History from the University of Kansas, where he graduated from the Honors Program and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Tran Huynh is a property specialist with over two decades of notable experience in Vietnam’s real estate market. Her expertise spans multiple real estate sectors, including industrial, commercial, and residential. She specializes in financial modeling and deal structuring for real estate, with a proven record of successful executions. Since 2007, she has assisted over $1B of FDI in property M&A deals.
Prior to joining KCN Vietnam, Tran was the Deputy CEO of BWID JSC, where she established and led the investment team on large scale industrial deals and acquisitions. Tran has served for over 15 years in various senior leadership positions at large multinational companies in Vietnam, such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, CBRE, & Mapletree.
Outside of her professional achievements, Tran is particularly interested in sustainability and gender equity, and looks forward to integrating it into industry practices. She is a mother, a Qigong practitioner, and is enthusiastic about meditation and mindfulness.

Michael Tran has over 25 years of exceptional experience in construction and project management in Vietnam. He has directly managed and built noteworthy projects in Vietnam. Currently, Michael serves as Chief Construction Director at KCN Vietnam.
Michael has held senior management positions in large construction companies internationally and domestically. Previously, Michael was the Deputy General Director of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company. Before Coteccons, Michael was the Deputy CEO at Hoa Binh Construction Group, where he oversaw the development of notable projects such as Estella Heights, Saigon Center, Empire City, and German House.
Michael received his Bachelor of Construction Management from University of Technology in Sydney Australia.
Michael has held senior management positions in large construction companies internationally and domestically. Previously, Michael was the Deputy General Director of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company. Before Coteccons, Michael was the Deputy CEO at Hoa Binh Construction Group, where he oversaw the development of notable projects such as Estella Heights, Saigon Center, Empire City, and German House.

Phuong Dinh has over 20 years in investments and business development in Vietnam. His has extensive knowledge in financing and sourcing large scale deals. Currently, Phuong is the Director of Business Operations at KCN Vietnam. He oversees KCN’s US$300 million investments and leads on deal structuring and financing.
Before joining KCN Vietnam, Phuong had a proven record in both local Vietnamese businesses and large multinational companies. Phuong started his career in project financing at BIDV and later focused on varieties asset class (bonds, stocks, and private equity) at Indochina Capital and Vina Capital. Later in his career, he shifted over to real estate as the Senior Manager of Business Development at Keppel Land and Deputy Investment Director at Country Garden Vietnam.
Outside of his professional achievements, Phuong is enthusiastic about staying active and keeping healthy. He loves endurance sports and has participated in ultra-trail running and triathlons. He is a father, an avid reader, and technology lover.
