KCN VIETNAM’S PROJECT WAS AWARDED THE INVESTMENT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE BY DONG NAI’S AUTHORITIES
On September 24th, during Dong Nai Master Plan and Investment Attraction Announcement Conference, our industrial project in Ho Nai Industrial Park was honored to receive the investment registration certificate from the authorities of the Dong Nai People’s Committee.
KCN Vietnam’s project was among 17 that were granted the certificates, with a total registered capital of US$6 billion. This consists of 5 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects and 12 domestic ones, in the fields of industrial and urban infrastructure development, property, and semiconductor development.
In addition to our developments in Dong Nai province, we take pride in managing a landbank of over 300 hectares of high-quality ready-built factories and warehouses, strategically located in industrial zones across both the North and South regions, such as DEEP C (Hai Phong), Thuan Thanh 3B (Bac Ninh), Ho Nai (Dong Nai), Phu An Thanh (Long An), etc.
