KCN Vietnam proudly participated in the 5th Vietnam Industrial Property Forum (VIPF 2025), held on October 29 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event gathered policymakers, industry experts, and business leaders to discuss the latest developments and emerging trends shaping Vietnam’s rapidly evolving industrial real estate sector.

During the panel discussion, Mr. Hardy Diec, Chief Operating Officer of KCN Vietnam, shared perspectives on the outlook for Vietnam’s industrial property market in the coming period. He highlighted the nation’s ongoing efforts to enhance human resources, infrastructure, and the investment environment – key factors strengthening Vietnam’s readiness to transition from a “factory economy” to a strategic manufacturing hub within the global supply chain.
KCN Vietnam was also honored to be recognized as one of the Industrial Real Estate Developers with Outstanding Green Transformation Strategies in 2025, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to advancing sustainable industrial growth.
