CSR UPDATE: “KCN VIETNAM – CONNECT FOR GOOD” ADVANCES COMMUNITY SUPPORT INITIATIVES IN SOUTHERN PROVINCES
As part of the ongoing CSR initiative “KCN Vietnam – Connect for Good”, KCN Vietnam continued the community-focused activities in November with practical support programs in Dong Nai and Tay Ninh provinces. The initiative, implemented in collaboration with Golden Heart Social Charity Fund and Lao Dong Newspaper, aims to enhance social welfare for workers and strengthen access to education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Community Support Activities in Dong Nai Province
On 21 November, with coordination from the Dong Nai Province Labor Union, the program delivered two key activities aimed at improving living conditions for a local worker and supporting children’s educational opportunities.
A “Mai Am Cong Doan” (Union Shelter) home was granted to a trade union member in Dong Nai Province facing challenging living conditions, supporting the renovation of the worker’s house through financial assistance.
During the same event, 25 scholarships were presented to children of workers from disadvantaged families in the province. The support is intended to encourage continued academic achievement among students facing financial hardship, underscoring the program’s dedication to fostering opportunities for the next generation.

Scholarship Awarded at Long An College
Expanding its educational support activities, the “Connect for Good” program continued in Tay Ninh province on 26 November through a scholarship awarding ceremony for students with strong academic performance at Long An College.
Through these efforts, KCN Vietnam seeks to improve learning environments and the development of technical skills, particularly in fields such as electronics and high technology, areas that are critical to Vietnam’s long-term workforce development and industrial competitiveness.
