KCN VIETNAM OFFICIALLY EARNS LEED GOLD CERTIFICATION FOR KCN DEEP C – HAIPHONG (PHASE 2)
KCN Vietnam is proud to announce that KCN DEEP C – Haiphong (Phase 2) has officially earned LEED Gold Certification. Awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and verified by Green Business Certification Inc., this recognition identifies the Haiphong-based project of ready-built warehouses and hybrids for its sustainability performance in line with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) v4 Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development.
Phase 2 of KCN DEEP C – Haiphong’s design and construction phases were carried out in accordance with the LEED rating system. These comprise the implementation of practical, measurable strategies and solutions in industrial property development including innovation designs, energy- and water-efficient equipment, sustainable materials selection and construction of indoor environmental quality.
KCN DEEP C – Haiphong (Phase 2) is set to be a major catalyst for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), particularly in the logistics sector. Featuring modern infrastructure, international standards, and a strategic location, the project is designed to facilitate swift, convenient, and effective investment by foreign enterprises in Hai Phong:
- Strategic connectivity to Lạch Huyện Port, Hải Phòng Port, and Cát Bi Airport.
- Premium ready-built hybrids, warehouses facilities, with 80,000+ sqm of available spaces for lease.
- Location inside a special economic zone with attractive tax incentives.
