KCN VIETNAM COMMENCES ITS SECOND PHASE OF KCN PHU AN THANH, LONG AN

Long An, 16th January 2024 – KCN Vietnam, a prominent industrial property developer, has successfully held the Commencement Ceremony of KCN Phu An Thanh, Phase 2.
The forthcoming phase of the KCN Phu An Thanh project is set to conclude by Q3 2024, providing an extra 45,000 sqm of the current project’s gross leasable area with high-quality ready-built factories and hybrids.

Upon completing phase 2, KCN Phu An Thanh will possess a significant total area of 13.4 hectares, boasting more than 90,000 square meters of gross leasing space. Nestled in Long An, this project by KCN Vietnam has received substantial attention from manufacturers, capitalizing on the province’s inherent advantages. In recent years, the province has consistently ranked within the top 10 in terms of competitiveness and attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), specializing in textiles, metals, food processing, and animal feeds.
