KCN VIETNAM HONORED AS THE BEST INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPER FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

On December 11, 2024, at the Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards ceremony organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine, KCN Vietnam Group was once again proud to receive the Best Industrial Developer title.

This marks the second consecutive year that KCN Vietnam Group – a professional industrial real estate developer – has been recognized in this prestigious category, following their first win in 2023. Commenting on the award, Mr. Hardy Diec, COO of KCN Vietnam, stated:

Founded in 2021, KCN Vietnam Group currently operates 10 high-quality ready-built warehouses and factories, located across major industrial and economic zones in the North and South of Vietnam, including projects in DEEP C (Hai Phong), Thuan Thanh 3B (Bac Ninh), Ho Nai (Dong Nai), and Phu An Thanh (Long An), with its total land bank exceeding 300 hectares. In 2024, the Group launched four new industrial projects in key economic zones, providing nearly 400,000 m² of new industrial floor space. These include diverse products such as ready-built warehouses, factories, and hybrid facilities, significantly boosting FDI inflows and creating local employment opportunities while contributing to regional economic development.

Alongside the aggressive expansion of its land portfolio and new project developments in Vietnam’s key economic regions, KCN Vietnam is committed to investing in high-quality infrastructure to meet the expectations of global investors. In August 2024, the Group announced its strategic focus on green building initiatives, aiming to achieve internationally recognized sustainability certifications for future projects.

As a testament to this commitment, KCN Vietnam launched two pivotal projects in August and October 2024, built to LEED standards—Silver for KCN DEEP C Phase 2 and Gold for KCN Nhon Trach 6D. These initiatives appeal to diverse high-value industries and minimize environmental impact, shaping a sustainable and eco-friendly industrial landscape in Vietnam.

The first phase of KCN Nhon Trach 6D project is expected to be completed by Q2 2025. Designed to meet LEED Gold standards, the project aligns with international investors’ sustainability requirements, contributing to attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to the region.

Since 2017, Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine has organized the Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards program to honor genuine and sustainable value creation while recognizing the contributions of enterprises actively shaping the Vietnamese real estate market.

A distinguished panel of experts adjudicated this year’s awards, including representatives from Arcadia Consulting Vietnam, Savills Vietnam, the Institute of Informatics and Applied Economics, Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, and the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association.
